Right to withdrawal. In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the client will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate justification, except in legal exception.
The withdrawal period will end 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax or email). Exceptionally, and as a promotional campaign for Christmas and Three Kings, the period for withdrawal, exchange or return of purchases is extended until January 8, 2024. ANSA PER ANSA will refund any payment received from the client, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it has been informed of the decision of withdrawal of the client's contract. ANSA PER ANSA will make the refund by bank transfer to the account number you indicate to us.
The customer must return the products that make up the order being returned to ANSA PER ANSA in perfect condition, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate its decision to withdraw from the contract to ANSA PER ANSA. This period will be considered met if the customer returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired. The customer will only bear the direct costs of returning the order.
The client will be responsible for the decrease in value of the securities resulting from manipulation of them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
