Shipping costs
Shipping costs are included in the price of the products offered for orders over €50, as long as they are not sales periods, clearance sales, or special promotions, where the shipping price appears when placing the order.
Only applicable to shipments to the Península.
Shipping costs outside of Spain will appear for express acceptance by the user before completing the purchase process and once the user has provided the shipping address for the order. You will be able to see the expenses recorded in the invoice.
In case of return of the merchandise (Art.44 of the Retail Trade Regulation Law), the shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
ANSA PER ANSA will charge shipping costs for each international delivery.
The shipment of the order will be pending until all the products are available.
Delivery and transportation time
ANSA PER ANSA uses the MRW agency for its shipments for national shipments and for international shipments it will be subject to the one that offers us the best rate and type of service.
The delivery time is a maximum of 7 working days for shipments to Spain and 10 days for international shipments from placing your order, as long as it has been placed from Monday to Friday before 8:00 am. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are prepared starting on Monday or the first business day.
